Good to know

Is the 360 booth attended? +
Yes, always. Our attendant manages setup, runs the platform and looks after your guests for the whole booking, then packs everything down.
How many guests fit on the platform? +
The standard platform suits around 1–4 guests. Our large platform fits up to 7 guests comfortably.
Can the videos carry our logo or event name? +
Yes. Videos can feature your names, logo, monogram, date or campaign branding, on top of one of our three video templates.
How quickly do guests get their videos? +
Clips are edited on the spot and sent by SMS, email, AirDrop or QR code during the event. The full online gallery is ready within 24 hours.
What do you need at the venue? +
A clear 3m × 3m space with enough overhead clearance for the rotating arm, and a power point nearby. We need access about an hour before guests arrive.
Can you provide safety documents? +
Yes. We can supply a Certificate of Currency, SWMS and risk assessments on request.
How do I book? +
Send us your date, venue, guest count and start and finish times. We'll get back to you within an hour to lock in your date.
